INSTALLAZIONE

Operazioni di assemblaggio e posizionamento della macchina.
SMONTAGGIO DEL COPERCHIO
• Togliere le 4 viti del coperchio laterale con chiave di
10mm (fi g.15) e smontare il coperchio laterale.
• Smontare la vite perno-fulcro palo con chiave a brugola
di 6 (fi g.16) e sfi lare il perno come da fi g.17.
SOLLEVAMENTO DEL PALO
• Dotarsi di una fascia di sollevamento di mt.1 modello DR
50 -fattore di sicurezza 6:1. Avvolgere la fascia attorno al
braccio ribaltabile (fi g.18)
• Aprire il braccio stallonatore come da fi g.18 (1) e solle-
vare il palo con un paranco (2).
• Togliere il "seeger" con pinze apposite e sfi lare il perno
(fi g.19).
FISSAGGIO DEL PALO
• Allineare i fori dello stelo cilindro e del tirante come da
fi gure 21-25.
• Inserire il tubo dell'aria nell'asola del cassone e collegar-
lo al rubinetto stallonatore (fi g. 20).
• Fissare il palo al cassone infi lando il perno con un martel-
lo (fi g.24) e stringere la vite perno-fulcro (fi g.16).
• Rimettere il perno infi lando i fori dello stelo e del tirante
(fi g.23); rimettere il "seeger" (fi g.25).
POSIZIONAMENTO DELL'ASTA VERTICALE
• Togliere il nastro con un temperino
• Appoggiare una mano sul cappellotto (situato in cima
all'asta) e premereverso il basso; con l'altra mano togliere
il tondino inserito tra il braccio e la torretta (v.fi g.26).
• Rilasciare lentamente la mano che premeva il cappel-
lotto dell'asta.
ATTENZIONE:
durante l'installazione della macchina accer-
tarsi che il dado sia correttamente avvitato
nello stelo del cilindro stallonatore come in-
dicato in fi gura 22. Un non corretto montag-
gio pregiudica il funzionamento e costituisce
pericolo per l'operatore (fi g.27).

Assembly operations and locating the machine
REMOVING THE COVER
• Remove the 4 side cover screw with a 10 mm spanner
(fi g.15); Remove the side cover.
• Unscrew the column pivot-pin bolt with a 6 mm hex key
(fi g. 16) andremove the pin as shown in fi g. (17).
RAISING THE COLUMN
• Make use of a 1 m hoisting strap model DR 50 - safety
factor 6:1. Wrapthe strap around the tilting arm (fi g.18)
• Open the bead breaking arm as shown in fi g. 18 (1) and
raise thecolumn with a hoist (2).
• Remove the "seeger" with pliers and remove the pin
(fi g. 19).
ATTACHING THE COLUMN
• Align the holes of the cylinder stem and the support rod
as in fi g.21-25.
• Insert the air hose into the hole in the casing and con-
nect it to the bead-breaker (fi g.20).
• Fix the column to the machine body (fi g.24) inserting
the pivot-pin with a hammer and tighten the pivot-pin
bolt (fi g.16).
• Replace the pin threading the holes of the stem and
support rod (fi g.23). Replace the "seeger" (fi g.25).
POSITIONING THE VERTICAL ARM
• Remove the strap with a cutter.
• Rest one hand on the cap (on top of the rod) and push
downwards. With the other hand remove the disc inserted
between the arm and the head (see fi g.26).
• Gradually release the pressure on the rod cap.
WARNING:
when installing the machine make sure that
the nut is correctly fastened in the bead
breaking cylinder rod as shown in the fi gure
22, an incorrect mounting compromises the
functioning and represents a danger for the
operator (fi g.27).
