4.- Put the toast in the slot (4) and push the bread lever (6) down. Toasting will start
automatically and the STOP button (9) light will turn on (Figure 2).
NOTE:
Make sure the crumb tray (1) is properly positioned.
5.- When toasting is done the slice of bread will pop out automatically.
The toast will be very hot. For your own safety, use tongs to remove the toast from the toaster.
6.- You can use the STOP (9) button to pause toasting at any time (Figure 3-a).
7.- Use the REHEAT button (8) if you want to reheat bread or the DEFROST button (7) to defrost
bread (Figure 3-b).
NOTE:
The toasting time when the REHEAT button is pressed is less than the toasting time
in normal mode but when the DEFROST button is pressed the time is longer.
8.- If you need to toast bread with a shape different from a normal slice of bread, croissants or
similar, lower the rack lever (3) until it appears. Put the food right on top and start the toaster
as indicated in item number 4. Remember that the heat source will only heat one side.
Use some tongs to flip the bread over to toast both sides properly (Figure 4).
