Troubleshooting. My keyboard does not work!
1) Check receiver USB cable connection. Try another USB port
on computer. 2) Re-establish communications; see step 4 on
other side. 3) Check battery installation.
The Hot-keys do not work! 1) Download the software
and make sure it is running. 2) Uninstall any previously
installed keyboard software. 3) Your Internet connection
must be working.
