3. install the inner blade L assy and inner blade R assy and then insert the axle
pin into the blades and insert the cotter pin into the axle pin.
4. install the outer blade L assy and the outer blade R with Plasitic discs, and then
insert the axle pin into the blades and insert the cotter pin into the axle pin.
5. install the outer blade cover on the right side and tighten the bolts.
6. Install the wheel assy.
