The pipe knee adjustable at 360° allows to
work in any position. It can be, as the noz-
zles, fitted at the end of the tank. A jointing
or a plastering nozzle can be fitted on its ex-
tremity.
The jointing nozzles:
For the various sizes and deepness of the
joints, 3 different types of nozzles are sup-
plied:
- N°1 – for walls and soil joints from
5 to 12 mm.
- N°2 – for walls and soil joints from
12 to 18 mm (for brick walls or
pool platters).
- N°3 – for walls and soil joints from
18 to 30 mm (ideal for dry stone
walls).
Nozzles can be fitted at the end of the tank
or at the end of the pipe knee.
The plastering nozzle:
The plastering nozzle can also be fitted at
the end of the tank or at the end of the pipe
knee.
2 tips are provided with it:
- One with a diameter of 12mm to
"charge".
- One with a diameter of 8mm to
project grains, in order to have a
"rustic" or "crushed" finish.
These tips can be fitted at the end of the
plastering nozzle.
A quick coupler – compatible with most com-
pressors – is provided with the plastering
nozzle (it is in the accessories bag).
A corrugated fitting 1/8" is also provided in
the accessories bag to directly use an air
hose.
The Rolling Support
The Rolling Support can be fitted by simple
tightening on the bearing tap.
Its caster permits to guide the nozzle N°1 in
the joint.

Usage

After assembling the machine, gather the
needed hand tools (trowel, etc.) and prepare
mortar (see the "Required tools" section).

Maintainance

Warning – Disassemble entirely the ma-
chine before working on it.
The CCJ sprayer can be easily and quickly
cleaned.
Clean all its elements with water and make
sure there is no material left that could dry.
You may lubricate from time to time the ny-
lon bearing from the endless screw to in-
crease its lifetime.

Garantee

The CCJ Sprayer is guaranteed 2 years.
Any breakdown is freely repaired during this
period as long as it is due to a misconcep-
tion or do not concern a wearing part (noz-
zles, endless screw).
