7. Inspect the element. If damaged, replace it.
8. Apply SAE10W30 motor oil to the element.
NOTE:
The air filter element should be wet but not drip-
ping.
9. Install the air filter element onto the frame.
10. Install the air filter element in the air filter
case.
11. Install the air filter case cover and tighten
the clamp screw.
