1.)
Put the handle(19) on frame, and fixed by screw(34).
2.)
Fixed release wire(31) on valve body slot(103-1) via screws(29), the valve body slot(103-1)
should be located between the two washers (30).

Fixed lever(25) on valve body hole(103-2) via screw(28)
HTF 65 D
1.)
Put the handle(67) on frame, and fixed by screw(70).
2.)
Fixed release wire(62) on valve body slot(87-1) via screws(59), the valve body slot(87-1)
should be located between the two washers (60).
3.)
Insert the end of steel wire(63) into the slot of discharge lever(52), the steel wire(63) will be
locked automatically by block(63-1).
III.
Commissioning
1) The platform can now be raised by pressing the pedal.
2) By slowly using the lowering lever (66) the hydraulic valve will open and the platform
will be lowered.
Important: The more you open the valve, the faster the platform will be lowered.
3) Always apply the parking brake before loading the platform.
IV.
Troubleshooting
1) The platform will not raise
No oil in the tank
Lowering valve or ball's
function is destroyed
2) Platform will not stay raised
Lowering valve or ball's
function is destroyed
3) Platform cannot be lowered
O-ring is worn
Lowering valve not open
Top up with oil.
Clean or replace.
Clean or replace.
Replace the O-ring.
Check or repair valve stopper or replace it if
necessary
