OPERATION

In order to allow the entire room to be purified, it is important to ventilate long enough, as follows:
when you start cooking: always ventilate first for 10 minutes on a cooker hood setting 1 or 2.
when cooking fumes rise: continue to ventilate well during the cooking process (even at a higher motor speed).
After cooking: please let the cooker hood run for at least 10 minutes on a cooker hood setting 1 or 2.
the precise duration of overrun depends on the volume of the room (width x length x height = volume).
for every 50 m3 (room volume) you should allow 15 minutes post-ventilation.
Note: when using griddles and fryers, double the post-ventilation time. Ventilation remains essential for every form of recirculation.
with Plasmex filter your cooker hood used at the lowest speed becomes an air purifier, suitable to clean the air not only from kitchen fumes and
odors, but also to remove any other type of unpleasant smell, allergens, bacteria, pollen and viruses from indoor air.

MAINTENANCE

when Plasmex filter has been installed according to these instructions, it requires no specified maintenance.
the Plasmex filter is cleaned automatically as soon as it is put into operation.
there are no components that need to be replaced periodically, but you must follow the maintenance instructions of your cooking hood.
