NOTE: Due to a variety of environmental factors the induced
electromagnetic field of metallic objects may vary greatly
affecting the accuracy of the readings. These include but are
not limited to:
• Soil depth
• Ground minerals
• Soil composition
• Object size and angle
• Object oxidation and purity
• Object surface texture
• Electromagnetic Interference
B. Sensitivity Level Indicator – Indicates the detection
sensitivity. The more bars, the higher the sensitivity.
C. Battery Level Indicator – Indicate remaining battery
power. Refer to the table below for the battery percentage

E. Setting Button – Configures sensitivity, discrimination
and volume.
F. DISC Button – Filters out one or more target-IDs from
your detection readings. It can also turn on the LCD
backlight for use in the dark.
G. Pinpoint Button – Enters the pinpoint mode.
H. Power Button – Turns the device ON/OFF.
I. Enter Button – Confirms the adjustment of each setting.
J. Adjustment Buttons – Changes sensitivity, discrimination
and volume settings up or down.
K. Volume Adjustment Indicator – Flashes to indicate
volume setting mode.
L. Depth Indicator – Shows the relative depth of the buried
target. The more bars shown, the further the coil is from
the target.
M. DISC Bar – Shows frames that are crossed off, to
indicate that those target-IDs have been filtered out from
the metal detector's readings.
Tones
The metal detector emits three audible tones to identify the
metal being detected. See the table below for details.
