be actuated. Always hold the INOXcreamer verti-
cally with the unit head facing down. This ensures
that no gas can escape, enabling the complete
emptying of the bottle.
7) Depending on the contents and application, store
the filled INOXcreamer between min. +1°C to
max. +70°C upright in the refrigerator or in a
bain-marie (image H).
8) Unscrew the decorating nozzle after each use and
rinse it with warm water.
9) After the contents have been completely removed,
actuate the lever of the INOXcreamer to relieve
the pressure until all of the gas has been released
(image I). Always hold the INOXcreamer vertically
with the unit head facing down. Then the Kayser
unit head can be easily unscrewed from the
Kayser bottle.
imPortant instruCtions For
use
• The safety regulations specified on the charger
packaging apply to the Kayser cream chargers.
• Kayser cream chargers are made of recyclable
steel and are reclaimed as a valuable raw material
in the waste recycling.
• If the consistency of the bottle contents are
insufficiently firm, shake the bottle once again.
However, do not shake the INOXcreamer before
each additional use. Shaking too often will cause
the contents to become too firm to remove them
completely.
• Some products, such as UHT cream or light cream
must be chilled thoroughly and shaken more often
in order to achieve a sufficiently firm consistency.
• Only store the INOXcreamer in a refrigerator in
order to chill its contents. Never use a deep freezer
or the freezing compartment.
• Never use the INOXcreamer for the heating up of
food. Keeping the filled INOXcreamer warm in a
bain-marie is permissible up to a maximum
temperature of +70°C.
maintenanCe and rePair
• When it is not possible to easily insert the unit
piston K513I in the head after cleaning during
the reassembly of the Kayser unit head, smooth
movement can be restored by lubricating the
piston gaskets with cooking oil.
• Please contact Kayser should other problems
arise.
• Check the condition of the head gasket (K750)
and of the two gaskets on the piston (K513i)
before each use – see page 2. When signs of wear
become visible or leakage occurs during use, then
these parts must be replaced. Before each use,
check the bottle, the unit head and the threads
for possible signs of wear or damage. If any such
wear or damage is found, the INOXcreamer may
no longer be used.
