IV. Servicing
1. OIL
The oil level should be checked every six months. The following oil types are to be
used depending on the temperature conditions.
Temperature
-5°C – approx. +45° C
-15°C - approx. +45° C
2. Daily inspection and servicing
The daily inspection of the unit can limit wear to a large extent. Pay special attention
to the, the axles, the lever, the forks and the up and down control. The forks should
always be unladen and in their lowered position after completing the work.
3. Lubrication
All moving parts should be lubricated at regular intervals with engine oil or grease.
V. Troubleshooting
1) The platform floor truck does not lift as desired
The level of hydraulic oil is insufficient  Please refill suitable hydraulic oil.
2) The platform floor truck cannot be operated.
There is too much hydraulic oil
Moving parts have jammed or
deformed
3) The lifting forks cannot be lowered after having been lifted.
Irregularity as regards to the
cleanse the same
Deformed and faulty parts
4) Leakage in the hydraulic oil loop.
Faulty oil seal
Parts have become loose
5) The lifting forks may not be lifted.
The viscosity of the used oil is too
high or the oil is not suitable for the
application.
Oil
L-HL 68 Hydraulic oil
L-HV 46 Hydraulic oil

Drain the required quantity of
hydraulic oil.

Replace the faulty parts

Re-set the discharge respectively
discharge valve.

Remove the deformed and faulty
parts.

Replace the oil seal

Re-attach loose parts

Remove the used hydraulic oil
