Altimeter:It shows an approximate alti-
tude / height based on changes in air pres-
sure. Real time height can be measured.
Air pressure: Press to enter into the in-
terface, the value indicates the current air
pressure based on the built-in air pressure
sensor.
Ambient temperature: Enter into the
interface to view the current ambient tem-
perature. There is temperature difference
between wearing on the wrist or non-wear-
ing on the wrist because there is one built-in
temperature sensor in this model.
Compass: Click and move your wrist to
align with the figure 8 to calibrate the com-
pass until entering into the compass inter-
face..
Data: It can record steps, calories con-
sumed and kilometers per day, and the data
will be automatically cleared at 12 o'clock ev-
ery night.
Health management, remarks: no for
medical reference.
Heart rate: wear the watch close to your
wrist. Click the icon, The real-time heart rate
value can be measured in 15 seconds, and
the screen will be off after 5 seconds.
Blood pressure: When
please put your hands flat, the data will be
confirmed after about 10 seconds.
Blood Oxygen: holding this model tight-
ly on the wrist and blood oxygen value will be
measured.
Sleep record: Your sleep duration and
quality will be recorded every day from 9
o'clock PM to 9 o'clock AM in next morning
to help you better adjust your work and rest
time and improve sleep quality. View deep
sleep, light sleep, and total sleep duration.
Breath exercises: Click to enter and train
your breathe according to the size of icon
and vibration.
Music: connect to the APP, turn on music
in your mobile phone, click to enter into the
music interface, then control mobile phone
music (previous song, next song, start, pause
function)
Stopwatch: touch the icon or slide the
icon from right to left to enter the function
interface.
4. Ajustes
Vibration: vibration that can be turned on
or off to receive information.
Wrist: raise your hand to brighten the
screen, you can turn on or off the raise your
