Table grill
Important safety information
▪ This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
▪ Children shall not play with the appliance.
▪ Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
▪ Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8
years.
▪ If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-
facturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
▪ The device must not be operated via an external timer or remote
control.
▪ Clean all parts immediately after use and remove any food residue
straight away.
Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning and Care" section.
▪ The appliance is designed for indoor household use only.
▪ This device is intended to be used in household and similar applica-
tions, such as:
⋅ staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environ-
ments;
⋅ farm houses;
⋅ by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environ-
ments;
⋅ bed and breakfast type environments.
The device is not intended for purely commercial use.
▪ WARNING: Charcoal or similar combustible fuels must not be used
with this appliance.

Before use
Read the instruction manual carefully. It contains important information about the use, safety and
care of the appliance. It should be kept in a safe place and passed on to subsequent users if necessary.
The appliance may only be used for the intended purpose according to these operating instructions.
Observe the safety information when using the appliance.

Additional safety information
▪ Only connect the appliance to earthed wall sockets that have been installed pursuant to regula-
tions. The supply cable and plug must be dry.
▪ Place the appliance on a level and firm surface and ensure there is sufficient space all the way
around the appliance.
▪ Make sure that the drip tray (3) is always correctly inserted during grilling.
▪ The grill plate (1a/1b) must be correctly positioned on the appliance otherwise the grill will not
turn on.
▪ Always pre-heat the grill plate (1a/1b) before you place food on it.
▪ Attention: When the appliance is switched on, its touchable surfaces can get very hot and they
also remain hot even after the appliance has been switched off!
▪ Fat can spray out randomly when grilling. Therefore protect the table surface accordingly.
▪ Always switch the appliance off after use, pull the plug out of the socket and allow the appliance
to cool down fully before you remove and clean the grill plate (1a/1b) and drip tray (3).
▪ Make sure that the grill plate is always repositioned correctly after it has been removed.
▪ We accept no liability for any damages caused as a result of misuse, incorrect operation or
improper repairs. Claims under warranty are likewise excluded in such cases.
Use
You can cook lots of delicious food on the table-top grill. It is ideal for grilling food such as meat,
vegetables and fish.
Setting up and connecting
▪ Remove all packaging from the appliance.
▪ Clean the appliance (see chapter "Cleaning and care").
▪ Set up the appliance on a stable and level surface near to a plug socket.
