Upon removing the fan from its package, check
to make sure all parts are complete.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the fan from its packaging and select
a firm, level surface to situate the fan on.
Ensure the fan is in the OFF position before
plugging into a 120 Volt 60 Hertz A.C. current.
This fan has a 3 position switch located
on the back of the motor housing.

OFF = In this position, the fan is OFF.
LO = In this position, the fan is ON and
operating at LOW speed.
HI = In this position, the fan is ON and
operating at HIGH speed.
