Tilt adjustable head:
This fan is equipped with an adjustable tilt-
ing head. To adjust the tilt, simply loosen tilt
adjustment knob and move the fan head up
or down depending on desired angle. Tighten
knob to hold the fan head in that angle.
Clip attachment:
Include with this fan is a clip which enables it
to be transformed from a desk fan on a stand
fan to a fan which may be clamped to the edge
of a desk to save work space. To transform into
a clip fan:
1. Completely remove the stand from the fan
head by unscrewing and removing the tilt

knob and nut. Fit the bottom of the fan had
into the slotted area of the clip and align the
cut-out holes.
3. Secure fan head and clip together by re-
inserting the clip's tile adjustment knob
through the cut-out holes and tightening the
nut to it.
PROBABlE CAUSE
Fan is not plugged into a
10V AC, 60 Hz polarized
outlet/receptacle.
Breaker has been tripped or
fuse has been blown.
There is a dust build up at the
back of the fan.
SOlUTION
Ensure unit is in the OFF
position. Plug in unit and at-
tempt to turn ON again.
Please check your electrical
box to confirm the breaker/
fuse has not been tripped/
blown. Ensure unit is in OFF
position. Plug in unit and at-
tempt to turn ON again.
Attempt to plug unit in
another receptacle in the
house. Attempt to plug unit
in another receptacle in the
house.
Turn fan OFF and unplug.
Using a soft, dry cloth, wipe
the back of the grille to re-
move any dust build-up. Plug
in unit and turn fan back ON
to resume normal operation.
