Do not spray materials of unknown composition.
Avoid hazards caused by sprayed material and check the marking on the container or the information provided by its manufacturer
regarding the material to be sprayed, including the requirements for the use of personal protective equipment.
Caution! A high pressure jet can cause severe skin damage. Never allow any part of the body to come into contact with a high
pressure jet.
Protective clothing does not provide suffi cient protection against injuries as a result of an injection.
An inadvertent high-pressure injection through the skin immediately requires medical aid. The doctor should be informed about
the type of substance has been injected.
Before each use, inspect the hose connecting the unit with the spray gun. If you notice any damage, such as cracks, punctures,
distortions, blisters or any other, replace the hose before starting work. The hose can't be repaired, in case of the damage it shall
be replaced with new ones, free from defects.
Avoid contact of the hose with sharp and / or hot objects. Do not place any objects on the hose. Do not bend, do not squeeze the hose.
The hose can move during operation due to high pressure. Preventive measures should be taken so that the moving hose does
not pose a threat of undercutting or impact.
The coating material sprayed with the product should be free from any contamination. Make sure that no dirt gets into the coating
material during operation. The suction hose has been equipped with a strainer. Do not use a hose without a strainer or with a
damaged strainer. Impurities that get inside the product can lead to serious damage that can cause serious injury.
Do not eat, drink or smoke in working area.
Always wear a respiratory mask which provides protection against inhalation of harmful fumes.
Provide adequate ventilation so that no fl ammable vapor accumulates in the air of the working space.
Appropriate measures must be taken to prevent hazards of the substance being sprayed. Follow the instructions on the packaging
or the instructions laid dawn by the manufacturer of the substance to be sprayed.
Do not use the gun without the nozzle cover fi tted.
Never use the tool if any safety devices or guards have been damaged.
Use only the original spare parts, all repairs should be carried out by qualifi ed personnel at an authorized repair workshop.
Before removing problems of the device, its servicing, and when it is not being used, disconnect it from the power supply and
release the pressure that may prevail inside the system.
Always check if the rated voltage of the mains corresponds to the voltage indicated on the product rating plate.
The unit must always be connected to a socket outlet with an earthing wire. Connecting to a socket outlet that is not equipped with
a protective conductor can cause electrical arcing which can cause a fi re or electrical shock. The connection installation should be
equipped with a residual current device with a tripping current of no more than 30 mA.
The housing for a unit can get hot during operation, do not touch it until it has cooled down completely.
Never leave the product unattended during operation.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

CAUTION ! The equipment can be installed only when the supply voltage is disconnected. Disconnect the power cord from the
mains power socket !
Connecting the gun to the unit
Caution! When connecting the gun to the unit, use only the hose supplied with the product.
Caution! Always use fl at or adjustable wrenches to connect the gun to the unit. Do not use pliers.
Connect one end of the hose to the outlet of the unit by screwing the hose nut with a wrench to the outlet of the unit (II). Attach the
free end of the hose to the spray gun by screwing the hose nut to the gun's inlet port. For screwing, use two wrenches, one hold
the gun nozzle, and the other to tighten the hose nut (III).
Product controls
Operating mode switch of the unit (IV). The switch allows setting in two positions. A downward pointing of the switch lever allows
the product system to be fi lled with coating material. The switch should always be set in this position during work breaks. Setting
the switch lever towards the outlet of the unit allows the coating material to be sprayed with the gun. Each of the operating modes
has been described in the further part of the manual. Do not set the switch in intermediate positions.
Pressure control knob (V). Turning the knob increases the amount of coating sprayed material. The knob has a scale on which
the operating modes have been marked. The beginning of the scale range marked with the paint roller symbol allows the use of a
special paint roller (not included in the set) instead of a spray gun. The next range marked with the bucket symbol is intended for
cleaning or fi lling the product installation. The last scale range allows spraying the coating material with a spray gun.
The position indicator is located above the knob. Turning the knob in a clockwise direction increases the pressure, turning in the
opposite direction reduces the pressure.
Gun trigger lock (VI). It allows you to lock the trigger in two positions. If the gun trigger remains released, turn the knob in clock-
wise direction until it stops. The trigger will be protected against accidental pressing. The trigger should be blocked in this position
