6. Connect the motor lead wires as indicated in the following table and figure. The pump will start immediately when connected to power.
Power Supply: The pump is designed for use with a 12 Volt DC battery. Operation requires a minimum 12 Volt power supply.
All wiring must be 12 gauge stranded copper wire that is:
A. Water resistant
B. Oil resistant
C. Flame resistant
In order for the pump to run in the proper direction, the wires must be connected correctly.
NOTE:
This pump is equipped with a permanent magnet type 12 Volt DC motor. Be sure it is connected properly.
