Secure wheels in place
Cotter Pin, 2x22
using cotter pin and 1/2"
Needle Nose
washer.
Pliers
1/2" Flat Washer
Use needle nose pliers to
bend cotter pin leg.
(4) 3/8" Nut
Attach square bend u-bolt
(4) 3/8" Washer
to cart using (4) 3/8" nuts
and washers.
9/16" Wrench
Note: Adjust nuts on
square bend u-bolt so that
3/8" Square Bend
it protrudes out from the
U-bolt
bottom of the cart about
3.5". Handle bars should
not touch ground when unit
is set down.
Mount unit onto cart.
Line up bracket holes on
both components.
