(2) 5/16" bolts and nuts.
5/16"x 1" Bolt
5/16" Flat Washer
5/16 Lock Washer
5/16" Nut
Cart
1/4" U-bolt
Attach handle to cart using
a 1/4" U-bolt and nuts as
Plate
shown.
(4) 1/4" Wing Nut
Throttle Lever
Insert cable swivel into
throttle lever.
Needle Nose
Pliers
Secure in place using
retaining ring.
Cable Swivel
Use needle nose pliers to
snap retaining ring onto
Retaining Ring
end of throttle cable swivel.
