Note – Power Delivery
• Plug & go: No manual setup necessary, just
connect and start:
Voltage and power are automatically configured
by Power Delivery.
• For efficient and optimised charging, the Power
Delivery (PD) function must be supported by
your terminal device.
• With the large quantity of PD-enabled terminal
devices with different firmware versions, it can
happen that the function is not fully supported.
Unless different instructions have been expressly
given in the operating instructions for the devices
you are charging, proceed as follows:
• Connect your device to the USB charging socket
using a suitable USB cable.
• Then connect the charger to the on-board
electrical system's car socket.
• The charging process is displayed on your device.
• Disconnect the device from the charger if you wish
to interrupt the charging process or when the
device is fully charged.
• Then disconnect the charger from the line
connection.
When charging the rechargeable batteries in the
device, note the maximum charging times for the
built-in batteries.
Note - car battery
With some vehicles, it can happen that power
continues to be supplied even though the ignition
has been switched off. You should therefore
disconnect the product from the line connection
when not in use to protect your car battery from
being drained.
5. Care and maintenance
