4 push-button module for front door unit
The 4 push-button module for front door unit is an auxiliary
module that is used to implement the front door units of the video
entryphone system, at the entrance to the residence or the indivi-
dual staircases.
It has 4 push-buttons with a backlit name holder plate for calling
the apartments. The front door unit may consist of up to 8 modu-
les with 4 push-buttons for front door unit.
The power supply current is supplied by the main modules (GW 18
301, GW 18 302, GW 18 311 or GW 18 312), through the provided
multi-pole cable with polarised connectors.
During programming, the ID code of the module inside the front
door unit must be set using the rear DIP switch (see the Configu-
ration paragraph)

Installation
ATTENTION: the device must only be installed by qua-
lified personnel, observing the current regulations
and the guidelines for video entryphone installations,
which can be found in the Technical System Manual.
The 4 push-button module must always be combined with a main
module (GW 18 301, GW 18 302, GW 18 311 or GW 18 312) and
assembled using the suitable frames (GW 18 122, GW 18 123)
in the flush-mounting boxes (GW 18 132, GW 18 133) or wall-
mounting boxes (GW 18 142, GW 18 143).
Electric connections
ATTENTION: before making the electric connections,
make sure all the equipment and cables are not powered.
Connect the 4 push-button module to the other modules using the
fitted multi-pole cable that is provided.
The cable connectors are polarised for proper connection.
The cable may be connected indifferently in both rear connectors.
If an additional module must be powered (example: 4 push-button
module, street number module), remove the cap that protects the
second connector.
