8. With a drill Ø = 3 mm drill through the holes in the
intermediate panel into the heat exchanger open-
ing (choose an area in which there is no crack)

Note: Do not remove the intermediate panel during servicing.
Intermediate panel SGB, SGB 2, SGB C, SGB D
9. Fasten the intermediate panel with the enclosed
bolts in the previously drilled holes on the heat ex-
changer opening
10. Attach the new burner room insulation:
Part number SGB/SGB 2: 663960
Part number SGB C/SGB D: 663977
11. Install gas burner (see the Installation Manual of
the boiler)
12. Install front panel of the boiler
