Problemshooting
How to stop water in an emergency
In case of an emergency such as water leakage around the piping
or water does not shut off, close the water shutoff valve or the main
valve as shown in the figure below.

Is the Open/Close button closed?
Water dripping from the shower
is the water remaining inside the
shower head draining off.
It is not due to any problem.
Is the spout or the filter clogged?
When using the product in combination
with a gas water heater, if the water
heater is the capacity switching type,
then is it set to the appropriate capacity?
Is the stop valve open enough?
IIs the flow adjustment handle open
enough?
Is the stop valve on the cold water
side open enough?
Is the stop valve on the cold water
side open enough?
Remove the cover, insert
a flat-head screwdriver
and close the stop valves
on the hot and cold
water sides. If the water
still does not stop, then
close the Main valve.
