LIFETIME
The estimated useful life of the equipment is 11 years from the date of manufacture
(1 year of storage and 10 years of use). The following factors may reduce the life of
the product: intensive use, contact with chemical substances, particularly
aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to
ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or poor use and maintenance. The
mandatory annual inspection shall validate the correct functioning of the
equipment. It is mandatory that the equipment be inspected by the manufacturer or
an authorised person at least once a year. In the event of a fall, the equipment must
be removed from use.
TRANSPORTATION
The personal protective equipment must be transported in packaging which
protects it against moisture, mechanical, chemical and thermal damage.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

-CLEANING: Personal protective equipment must be cleaned in a manner which
does not adversely affect the materials used in the manufacture of the equipment.
For textile and plastic materials (tapes, ropes) clean with a cotton cloth or brush. Do
not use any abrasive material. For thorough cleaning, wash the equipment at a
temperature between 30°C and 60°C using a neutral detergent. For metal parts,
use a damp cloth. If the equipment gets wet, either through use or cleaning, it
should be left to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
-STORAGE: The personal protective equipment should be stored in loose
packaging, in a dry, ventilated place, protected against sunlight, ultraviolet rays,
dust, sharp-edged objects, extreme temperatures and aggressive substances.
REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
The equipment should be repaired only by the manufacturer or a person authorised
for this purpose, following the procedures established by the manufacturer.
