Charge
1. Plug the Micro USB cable into the charge port (1.) and a matching USB port.
2. Voltage should be 5 V DC.
Flashing LED = charging.
Static LED = fully charged.
When battery is low the LED will flash and the fan speed will be lowered,
and eventually the fan will turn itself off.
The USB-A port (2.) can be used to charge other devices. It allows
passthrough power, while charging the fan, the USB-A port can be used
to charge or power another device.
