operation again.
1. Put the desired stainless steel container onto the motor block
2-blade knife for dry foodstuffs: Spices, coffee beans, dry herbs
4-blade knife for wet foodstuffs: Ginger, nuts without shell, fresh herbs,
viscous dips or pesto
Do not try to crush ice cubes. The unit is not suitable for this.
2. Fill the container with the desired foodstuffs. While doing so, observe the
maximum filling quantity of 85 g. Do not overfill the unit.
When processing oily foodstuffs such as nuts, for example, the knife might get
clogged in case of too high a filling quantity. In order to obtain the best result
here, process small portions.
4. Put the small lid on the grinding jar.
5. Put on the protective lid and turn it until it snaps in.
6. Press the On/Off button. The longer you keep it pressed, the finer will be
the grinding result. Depending on the condition of the ingredients, switching
the unit On and Off several times might lead to the desired result. When
processing sticky foodstuffs, work using pulsating impacts. Loosen the at-
tached foodstuffs by slightly shaking the container. That way, it is ensured
that everything is uniformly chopped.
7.
After finishing processing, release the On/Off button again.
The knives still keep on turning for some time. Wait a short moment until they have
come to a complete standstill.
8. Turn the protective lid anti-clockwise up to the stop and remove it.
9. Remove the ground material container from the motor block.
10. Remove the small lid.
1 1. Empty the ground material container.
