d) By properly installing the cutting blade in the punch, the user can adjust the
width and depth of cut. Insert the ends of the cutting blade into the holes on
either side of the guide bar.
e) Slide the blade into the holes to the desired depth. The deeper the blade is
inserted (its ends will protrude above the punch), the shallower the depth of
cut.
f) The guide and scale are used to set the preferred cutting width (if the blade
has not been pre-formed).
g) Once the blade has been given the desired shape and width and the depth of
cut has been set, tighten the nuts so that the blade is securely fastened.
h) Using the wrench provided, loosen the nuts in the mount counterclockwise.
