Assembly of the cutting mechanism:
a) Lift the protection shield with openings for meat feeding.
b) Loosen the blade assembly knobs.
c) Insert the cutting mechanism inside the chamber. Push the blades to the rear
wall of the chamber.
d) Tighten on the blade assembly knobs.
e) Drop the protection cover.
f) The disassembly is done in reverse order to its assembly.

3.3. Working with the device

a) Connect the power supply cable to the power socket.
b) Prepare the container and place it under the outlet of the device.
c) Switch the machine on by pressing the "I" (on) button. The indicator light will
turn on.
d) After the operation of the device is completed, switch the device off by
pressing the "0" switch. The indicator light will turn on.
e) Disconnect the power supply cable and clean the machine.
NOTE! Lifting the protective cover with openings during operation of the
device will result in the automatic stop of the mechanism.
NOTE! The machine features an emergency switch. Pressing it results in
stopping of the operation of the entire device. To restart the device, turn the
emergency button clockwise.
CAUTION! In order not to disturb operation of the device, the
preconditioned food products intended for cutting should not include bones.
