Troubleshooting

What should I do if...

the device is overflowing (water coming out of the overflow)?
The supply pipe to the tank may be blocked, preventing water from being fed to the tank.
The feed to the tank has not been installed with a downhill incline.
If water is coming out of the overflow on the back, check the first overflow pipe to see if there is a
blockage. This will cause the water to back up.

the device is not supplying mains water to the tank?
Mains water connection is not open (stopcock closed?!).
The float switch has not switched to open the feed valve on the unit. Check installation / switch level
in tank.
If these measures do not solve the problem, please contact customer service.
