Sieve specifications
Choose the appropriate sieve as set out in the chart above, as the resulting product will depend on the
diameter of the holes in the chosen sieve.
Installing the sieves
Insert the sieve starting with the curved side (1), [Fig. 09]. Open the lid and insert the sieve so that the
curved side rests completely on the guides inside the machine [Fig. 10].
One end of the sieve should rest on the last guide at the limit switch and the other end should be
pressed down by the machine's lid, thus keeping the sieve in place [Fig. 11]. Then close the lid.

Never turn the shredder on while the lid is open. Never change the sieve when the shredder
is turned on.
Adjusting the grain output for the models TRE25, TRE30, TRE40MA, TR40 and
TRE40
Place the dry product in the grain funnel. The grain is then processed and the end product comes out
at the bottom of the shredder.
Loosen the butterfly nut (1), [Fig. 12, page 24], located on the side of the funnel. With the regulator
(2), [Fig. 12, page 24] released, adjust it by sliding upwards for a larger opening or downwards for a
smaller opening. After adjusting, tighten the butterfly nut (1), [Fig. 12, page 24].
