BLANCOTERA ND - Maintenance
According to water quality and composition, antisplash may become dirty.
The antisplash must be often cleaned to remove residues.
Antisplash cleaning or replacement :
- Remove aerator holder ring (1) .
- Remove antisplash and washer (2).
- Clean the antisplash with water.
- Insert the antisplash with washer and re-assemble the aerator holder ring, paying attention to the
correct position of the washer.
In case of too much dirt, replace the antisplash.
Replacements of the valves :
- Close water supply .
- Remove the handle indice (4).
- Loosen the screw (5) .
- Remove the handle (6).
- Remove the valve cover (7).
- Remove the valve (8) and replace it with a new one. Note: clean the valve seat before inserting
the new valve.
- Re-assemble all the components following the above procedure in reverse order.
Replacement of the flow reducer (see fold-out and Fig. 3) :
Should you need to replace the flow reducer (14), please proceed as follows :
- Close water supply
- Unscrew the flexible pipe with blue arrow upwards complete with flow reducer which is
connected to the stopcock.
- Unscrew the flow reducer (14 A) and replace it with a new one. Screw the new flow reducer to
the flexible pipe with blue arrow upwards, placing the washer (14 B).
- Screw the flexible pipe with blue arrow upwards complete with the new flow reducer to the
stopcock, placing a washer (14 B)
- Pay attention to the correct position of the washers (14 B)
