5.3.1

Emergency stop switch

Excerpt from DIN EN 809: 5.2.8.3 Emergency stop: If dangerous
situations can arise which must be stopped by manual
intervention, an emergency stop in accordance with EN ISO
13850 must be provided or instructions for its provision given.
However, if an inspection reveals that a normal switch-off device
can work with the same effect as an emergency stop, this is also
permissible and it must be identified as such.
5.3.2

Extending the range

The range between the transmitter and receiver is 50 m. If this is
not enough or an unfavourable radio situation exists, another
radio receiver (2 or 4-channel) can be installed "half-way" as a
repeater. This forwards the radio commands to the target
receiver. The command can be forwarded once but not several
times. The repeater needs no configuration.
5.3.3 Coupling the BADU JET Wireless Control II to a
BADU countercurrent system with narrow, side-plugged
board (current version)
In the latest version of countercurrent systems with radio function,
the 2-channel receiver is installed next to the narrow board in the
switch box.
This is pre-wired with a coupling cable. The free end of the
coupling cable has a 6-pole board plug. This is plugged to the
marked 6-pole/pin connector of the board as shown in the circuit
diagram. The point in the circuit diagram shows the view from
above. The receiver is supplied with power by the board.
