tinuously for 15 minutes, but not more often than once
within 15 hours
After completing the operation
• Switch off the appliance
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains
• Close the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12
• Disconnect pneumatic tools from the appliance
• Open the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12 to depres-
surize receiver 18
• Drain the condensate from receiver 18, as described
below
• Close the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12
Appliance maintenance /
preventive measures
Before any procedures, be sure to switch off the
appliance, remove the current-carrying cable from
the socket and discharge pressure in receiver 18
(open the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12).
Cleaning the appliance
It is required to periodically clean the outer surface of
the appliance with a soft brush and a cloth, and blow the
parts of the appliance with compressed air Do not use
caustic substances or solvents to clean the appliance
Draining condensate (see fig. 8)
After each using or after working day, always drain the
condensate from receiver 18 This prevents from cor-
rosion inside receiver 18
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface.
• Open the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12 (see fig. 8.1).
• Place a container under drain valve 17, where the
condensate will drain
• Open drain valve 17 and tilt the appliance so that
the drain valve 17 is at the lowest point, this will com-
pletely drain the condensate from the receiver 18
(see fig. 8.2). Wait until the condensate has drained
completely (water will stop dripping from drain
valve 17)
• Close drain valve 17 as shown on figure 8.3.
• Close the valve(s) on outlet fitting(s) 12
Cleaning air filter (see fig. 9-11)
Regularly inspect filter element 32 of air filter (its con-
tamination depends on the state of the environment)
Clean (or replace) the filter element as it gets dirty,
but at least after 100 hours of using the appliance A
polluted air filter reduces efficiency factor and contrib-
utes to a greater depreciation of the appliance
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface.
• Unscrew screws 30 and remove the covers 1 (see
fig. 9).
• Unscrew screws 31 and remove the air filter cover 2
(see fig. 10).
• Remove filter elements 32
• Wash filter elements 32 with water and soap, and
dry them thoroughly Attention: Do not use gasoline,
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
solvents or corrosive substances to flush the filter
elements 32.
• If the impurities of filter elements 32 are too heavy
and cannot be cleaned, replace it It is strictly forbid-
den to use the appliance without an air filter.
• Install filter elements 32 back
• Install the air filter cover 2 and screw in screws 31
(see fig. 10).
• Install the covers 1 and screw in screws 30 (see fig. 9).
Cleaning the check valve (see fig. 12)
• Unscrew screw plug 37 (see fig. 12).
• Extract rubber ring 36, spring 35 and piston 34 from
housing 33
• Check the piston 34 for damage (if the piston 34
is damaged, it must be replaced) Clean all elements
with a soft brush and install back Observe the conse-
quence of parts installation, and do not turn over the
piston 34
• Screw in plug 37
Checking the receiver status
Regularly inspect receiver 18 for signs of damage or
corrosion If receiver 18 is damaged, it is forbidden to
perform independent repairs (mechanical, or by weld-
ing) Damaged receiver 18 must be completely re-
placed at the dedicated DWT repair workshop
