Operation with the tube attachment nozzle
7. Insert the tube attachment nozzle into the base attachment of the vac-clean uv® and proceed according to points 3. to 5.
• Guide the tip of the tube attachment nozzle to the dirty mini openings of your hearing aids, such as the receiver, micro
phone, ventilation hole (vent), to suck off cerumen and dirt from the openings. If any residue remains on the hearing aid,
briefly spray on cleaning spray and repeat the process
Maintenance and operation
To clean your vac-clean uv® we recommend wiping it with damp cleaning cloths. Unscrew the basic attachment with the brush
attachment nozzle, RIC attachment nozzle or tube attachment nozzle after use and clean them in an ultrasonic bath (e.g. u-sonic
2). Then dry well under a drying cap (e.g. dry-cap uv 3®). The filter in the base attachment should be replaced depending on the
degree of contamination. Please also observe the care and operating instructions of your hearing aids. The vac-clean uv® is very
energy-saving. The lithium-ion battery only needs to be recharged when it is empty (see Initial operation) i LED 1 lights up red.
Your vac-clean uv® has 3 suction levels (ooo / oo / o) with different strengths. By briefly pressing the key, you can switch between the
suction levels in operation as required.
! Warnings
Avoid contact with water! The vac-clean uv® must not be operated near wash basins or similar! Avoid mechanical stress due to impact
and falling! The vac-clean uv® must not be operated near fire or easily combustible objects! In case of malfunctions, take the device
to the dealer! Do not disassemble the unit! Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not use the device as a toy! This device
is not intended to be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their safety!
