OPERATION
Mixing or kneading dough
•
Suggestion fl our and water at a ratio of 5 : 3.
•
Dry fl our max: 1500g
•
Dough max: 2.4KG
•
Use speed 1 mix for5 minutes for making dough.
•
When fi lling the food in mixing bowl, please ensure that the
maximum quality is not exceeded.
•
The dough hook should be used.
Whisking egg whites or cream
•
Switch on speed 6 to speed 8, whisk the egg whites
without stopping for about 5 minutes, according to
the size of the eggs until stiff.
•
Maximum quantity 25 eggs.
•
For whipped cream, whip 500ml fresh cream at speed
6 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
•
When fi lling the agitator kettle with fresh milk, cream
or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum
quality is not exceeded.
•
The egg whisking should be used.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids
•
Mix the ingredients according to the available
recipe, from speed 1 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
•
Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the
mixing bowl.
•
The mixer beater should be used.
