1.0 Install nut, bolt and washer in to headrest.
2.0 Install back leg into chair frame. Choose height then install nut, bolt and washer.
3.0 Install wheel bar into chair frame. Install nut, bolt and washer through the hub (already in plastic hub).

Repeat on
other side

4.0 Attach wheel bar to hubs then secure open side with red latch.
5.0 Remove bolts. Position mounting brackets.
6.0 Re-install bolts from step 5.0.
