TIPS: For pedal angle adjustment. Push pins to release end bar. Remove, rotate and re-install.

TIPS: Loosen steering strap, undo locking hook then fold forward
LOOSEN HUB ON
BOTH SIDES
TIPS: Unlock and loosen hubs then fold chair over the pedals.
