Device use
APPLIES TO BOTH MODELS:
1. Before using the device, please install the battery.
2. Check the charge level periodically. Replace or charge the batteries if necessary
(Model SBS-AM-200C).
3. For correct measurement results, the device should be oriented in the direction
of the wind.
Re.: SBS-AM-200C MODEL:
1. Before starting the device, connect the meter. The meter is adaptable, so you
can adjust its length for the most accurate measurement.
2. There is an arrow on the head of the meter indicating the direction it should be
facing. Failure to follow the direction of the arrow could result in inaccurate
readings.
3. The display should show zero when you turn it on for the first time. If it is not,
remove the cover of the meter head and hold the HOLD button for 3 seconds. Do
not touch the meter during this time.
4. Please note that zeroing should not be performed immediately after any
measurement is completed. Also, if the zeroing has been performed in a low
ambient temperature, the device should not be used in a high ambient
temperature (and vice versa). This could result in inaccurate readings.
