Troubleshooting

The power bank does not charge.
♦ The connection may be faulty Check the
connection
♦ The output current of the USB mains adapter
is too low Use a USB mains adapter with an
output voltage of at least 5 V and an output
current of at least 3 A
A connected device does not charge.
♦ The integrated battery is empty Charge the
battery
♦ No connection to the device Check the
connection
♦ Press the ON/OFF button 5 once briefly to
start the charging process
♦ The charging current of the connected
device is too low or too high
♦ The internal overcurrent protection may have
been triggered Disconnect the connect-
ed device and briefly connect the USB-C
charging port 3 to a power source (see
section Charging the power bank) After-
wards, the power bank can be used again
