SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the entire instruction manual before you start installation and assembly. If you have any questions regarding any of
the instructions or warnings, please contact your local distributor for assistance. Keep the user manual for future reference.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
2. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided.

The supply cord shall be regularly examined for damage or deterioration. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent. Do not use the supply cord if broken as this may
result in electric shock or fire.
4.
If the pins of the plug parts are damaged, the plug-in power supply shall be scrapped. Do not operate the appliance with a
damaged plug.
5.
Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with wet hands.
6. Do not forcefully pull the supply cord. Grasp the mains plug to disconnect.
7.
Do not bend, clamp or damage the supply cord and the mains plug.
8. Remove all packaging materials before using the product. Keep the packaging materials away from children. They pose a risk of
swallowing and suffocation.
9.
Use with products heavier than the rated weights indicated may result in instability causing possible injury.
10. Please closely follow the assembly instructions. Improper installation may result in damage or serious personal injury.
11.
Safety gear and proper tools must be used. This product should only be installed by professionals.
12. This product is designed to be installed on solid concrete walls, masonry walls or wood stud walls.

Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
14. Use the mounting screws provided and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN mounting screws.

This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
16.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that you have received all parts according to the component checklist prior to installation. If any parts are
missing or faulty, contact your place of purchase for a replacement.
18. MAINTENANCE: Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent
possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact
the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.
20. WARNING: KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft
tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within two hours of ingestion. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or
placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention immediately.

Do not allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
22. Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from equipment and properly disposed of.

Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Do not expose batteries to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
24. A battery subject to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

Do not mix new and used batteries or batteries of different types or brands.
26. Do not encapsulate and/or modify batteries.

If the battery should leak, remove it with a cloth from the battery compartment. Dispose of battery according to regulations. If
battery acid has leaked, avoid contact to skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse affected areas immediately after contact with
the acid and wash with plenty of clean water. Visit a physician.
28. Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and –) marked on the battery and in the battery compartment. When
batteries are inserted in reverse they might be short-circuited or charged. This can cause overheating, leakage, venting, rupture,
explosion, fire and personal injury.

Before you discard the remote control, dispose of batteries in an environmentally safe manner.
30. Only use the battery type indicated in this manual.

When the batteries are exhausted, the remote will not function. Replace both batteries at the same time with new ones.
32. Do not charge alkaline batteries. Attempting to charge a non-rechargeable (primary) battery can cause internal gas and/or heat
generation resulting in leakage, venting, explosion, fire and personal injury.

Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
34. Do not dismantle, open or shred batteries.

WARNING: Used batteries must not be disposed of in the household rubbish. Take them to a designated disposal/collection site.

Batteries must not be disposed of with normal household waste. Recycle them at the collection points provided for this
purpose. Contact the local authorities or your dealer for recycling advice. Correct disposal of old batteries helps protect the
environment and human health.
