3. USE
3.1
Remote control operation instructions
1.
Pairing the remote control to the motorized wall mount
When the motorized wall mount is powered on, press the code button located on the side of the product with a thin needle or a paper-clip.
You will hear it beeps once and the system is now on standby.
Press , and the product will emit repeated beeps for 10 seconds. The remote control is now successfully paired with the TV wall mount.

Resetting the system

Press and hold
for 5 seconds. The TV wall mount will start moving automatically. It moves to the 0-degree position and then stops
with a beep sound indicating the system reset successfully.

Buttons function instructions
• Memory button 1
: When the TV wall mount is in the desired position, press and hold

to indicate the position has been successfully saved.
• Memory button 2
: When the TV wall mount is in the desired position, press and hold
2
to indicate the position has been successfully saved.
• To recall the first saved position
• To recall the second saved position
• Left button : Press and hold , the TV wall mount will swivel to the left, release
• Right button : Press and hold , the TV wall mount will swivel to the right, release
Note: The TV wall mount can be installed in two directions (normal or reverse installation). When you find the swivel direction of the
TV wall mount is different from the direction button you pressed, then set the remote control by following process: press and hold
for 5 seconds until you hear beep sound. The remote control is now successfully set to operate the TV wall mount.
3.3

Error Indications

• Over-current protection: The buzzer emits 2 beeps once.
• The sensor indicates the mount is over range: The buzzer emits 2 beeps twice in a row.
• The sensor indicates an operating fault: The buzzer emits 2 beeps three times in a row.
• The unit senses abnormal power: The buzzer emits 2 beeps four times.
4. GUARANTEES
Guarantees and limitations of liability
Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, or from the date of delivery to the customer's home. Depending on
the country, this guarantee consists of 24 to 36 months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.
For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance guarantee, a 12-month commercial guarantee is applied at the end of the first
guarantee, and supplements it.

For the legal compliance guarantee
Please consult your retailer for information and/or to refer to their GTCs (General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
For the commercial guarantee
Please go to the reception desk at your place of purchase with your proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt), the
product and the accessories it came with, and its original packaging, for all countries other than France. It is important to have the date of purchase,
the model and the serial number or IMEI number to hand (this information is usually indicated on the product, packaging, or on your proof of
purchase). You'll need to bring back the product with the accessories needed for its correct functioning (power supply, adapter, etc.). If your claim is
covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service may, within the limits of local law, either:
• Repair or replace faulty parts.
• Exchange the returned product with a product that has, at the least, the same features and that offers equivalent performances.
• Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.
Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or reconditioned hardware and components.
Commercial guarantee exclusions:
• Damages or problems caused by improper use, accident, tampering/modification or an unsuitable current or voltage connection.
• Use or storage conditions which are detrimental to the good conservation of the appliance (oxidation, corrosion), use of energy, use or installation
non-compliant with the manufacturer's instructions, or negligence or use of peripherals, software or consumables which are unsuitable.
• Professional or collective, industrial or commercial use of the product.
• Products that have been modified, or which have damaged, altered, erased or oxidised guarantee seals or serial numbers.
• Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
• Battery failure, caused by overcharging or by failure to follow the safety instructions set out in the manual.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps or vandalism.
• Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
• Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product: seals, filters, accessories, vacuum cleaner brush and hose, lamps,
overhead projector lamps, washing machine paddles, etc.
• Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings.
• Damage caused by elements external to the appliance (foreign bodies, insects, etc.).
• The contents of the devices - freezer, washing machine, etc. (food, clothing, etc.)
• Product failure caused by the use of third-party software to modify, change, adapt or alter the product as is.
• Product failure resulting from its use without the accessories supplied with the product or approved by the Manufacturer.
• Parts for normal wear and tear or damage from use: tyre, inner tube, brake, etc.
The customer is responsible for regularly backing up the data contained on their hard disk or in the internal memory of their device, and this before
any claim is submitted.
Auchan cannot be held liable for the loss or destruction of stored data, nor may it be held liable for damage caused to software resulting from, in
particular, a restoration or a breakdown.
Similarly, Auchan is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from returned products.
Under no circumstances shall the provisions set out above reduce or eliminate: the legal guarantee referred to above, and the manufacturer's
commercial guarantee, if applicable (see guarantee form).
