Description of the controls

Burner ignition

•
Pilot ignition:
Turn the Mr energy control anticlockwise to the "max" position. Now lamp "L1" lights up,

indicating that the pilot is ready to be lit (above figure).
o
Next press the solenoid valve control M, while turning it anticlockwise to the pilot position
(approximately 20 seconds).

Burner ignition:
o
Pressing the solenoid valve control M, turn it to the Burner ignition position, as the Mr
control is in "max" position, the burners will light.
The "L2" lamp indicates that the burners are operating.
o

Turn the Mr control to the required position.
o
In the Bain Marie models, the pressure of the chamber should rise until reaching 0.4
Kg/cm. Once this value has been reached, the appliance automatically adjusts the
pressure of the chamber.

Turing the burners off

Turn the M valve control to the position Pilot

Turning the pilot light off

Turn the M valve control to the Off position .

Turn the Mr energy control to the Off position .

Filling the pot with water

To fill the pot with water, turn the water fill control Ma to the required position (cold water
water ).
