Cleaning of the olive shaker
WARNING:
Before any cleaning or maintenance intervention, the user must disconnect the electrical part. Mainte-
nance must be carried out by qualified personnel only, using only original spare parts.
Clean dirt and debris from the shaker with a damp cloth and a mild detergent
IMPORTANT:
Do not use compressed air, solvents or strong detergents for cleaning, as they can cause wear and tear
on the materials and significant damage to the machine, even causing a risk of electric shock.
General maintenance of the olive shaker
To ensure proper operation of the machine, you should perform a simple maintenance prevention
before and after each use:
1. Check that all fixing screws are tight. With vibration, they may loosen over time.
2. Check that the carbon rods fit snugly into the tiller.
3. Check that the power cables and connectors are in good condition.
Storage
1. Store the harvester in a dry, closed place, away from direct sunlight.
2. Store in a well-ventilated place that is inaccessible to children.
3. Keep away from corrosive agents such as chemicals .
4. At the end of the season, perform a general cleaning and a thorough check.
Replacement of carbon fiber rods
If the rods are damaged or worn, you can easily replace them as follows:
1. Unplug the electrical part.
Unscrew the nuts that hold the rods. 3.
3.- Remove the rods that are worn out.
Insert the new rod.
5. Re-lock the screw of the nut.
WARNING:
All internal moving parts of the harvester are protected with a special grease for life. DO NOT OPEN THE
MACHINE HEAD. Any unauthorized intervention will automatically void the warranty.
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with normal household waste. Recycle at appropriate facilities. Consult
your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
