must be carried out in accordance with the standards in force in the country of
installation (NFC 15100 for France).
The towel rail must be directly connected to the mains after the omnipolar cut-off device
with a contact opening distance of at least 3 mm without any intermediate switch
(clock, mechanical and static relay, room thermostat, etc.).
The connection to the mains is made with a 3-wire cable (Brown = Phase, Blue =
Neutral, Black = Control wire) via a connection box. In wet rooms such as kitchens and
bathrooms, the connection box must be installed at least 25 cm from the floor. The
installation must be equipped with a protective device such as a circuit breaker.
Do not connect to earth. Do not connect the pilot wire (black) to the ground.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, his service
department or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
If the pilot or controlled device is protected by a 30mA earth leakage circuit breaker (e.g.
bathroom) it is necessary to protect the supply to the pilot wire on this circuit breaker.

You can connect the pilot wire if your house is equipped with a central programming
unit, a programmer or a manager. In this case, to check the correct transmission of the
programming orders, proceed with the following checks according to the modes chosen
