AHS
Auxiliary heating source
If the AHS setting is active, ONLY AHS switches on; if the AHS
setting is not active, ONLY the Heat Pump starts. Cases of
limitation and protection may occur during the heat pump
operation

Operation in "cooling" mode
When a cooling demand originates from the remote control,
the system delivery pump (PMI) and the cooling demand to
the Heat Pump are immediately activated. The temperature
set-point for the Heat Pump is fixed and set by the user on the
Heat Pump.
"Domestic hot water" production
Domestic hot water (DHW) is always produced by the thermal
unit only, which has a rapid heat exchanger.
In "heating" or "cooling" mode, in case of a simultaneous
request from the room thermostat (TA), the system delivery
pump (PMI) continues to work together with the Heat Pump.
CALCULATION OF CONVENIENCE/SELECTION BETWEEN GE-
NERATORS
Activation of the convenient generator
The convenient generator (heating unit or Heat Pump) is
switched on and off according to the difference between the
set delivery temperature and the temperature measured by
the system delivery sensor (T1).
NOTE
The symbol "
" appearing on the display of the Heat Pump
remote control signals that the Heat Pump has started.
The symbol "

" appearing on the display of the Heat Pump
remote control signals that the heating unit has started.
POSSIBLE THERMAL UNIT FAULTS
In the event on any anomalies involving the heating unit or
Heat Pump, the available generator will remain active.
