Voice Prompt/Symptom
The robot cannot connect to the Mi
Home app.
There is little or no water from the water
tank.
Please place the robot on a level
surface before starting it.
The robot cannot be recharged after
being manually relocated.
The robot will return to the charging
base for recharging before cleaning is
completed.
Possible Cause
There is a Wi-Fi network error, the Wi-
Fi password is incorrect, or there is a Mi
Home app error.
1. The water tank is short of water or the
nozzle is blocked.
2. The water tank has not been installed
properly.
The robot has not been laid flat or the
ground is uneven.
1. The robot is too far away from the
charging base.
2. The robot cannot be located in a
new environment.
The robot battery is low, so the robot
will return to the charging base
for recharging. After charging is
completed, the robot will continue
cleaning.

Solution
Ensure that the robot is in an area with
a good Wi-Fi signal; re-enter the Wi-
Fi password or reset the Wi-Fi network;
download the latest version of the Mi
Home app.
1. Check whether there is water in the
water tank; clear foreign objects from
the nozzle.
2. Install the water tank correctly.
Move the robot to a level surface and
start it.
Manually place the robot in the
charging base for charging.
After the robot is fully charged, the
robot will resume the cleaning that
remains.
