To begin using the KUBE MILL coffee
grinder, carefully follow the instructions
below:
• Unpack the machine carefully and
remove all the packaging materials and
promotional labels.
• Before use, check that all the components
are intact and have no cracks.
• Position the machine on a flat and level
surface.
• Insert the power cable's plug into the
outlet, and press the main switch (5) to
turn on the machine.
Never remove the protective cap
positioned on the selector, below
the hopper, which limits access
to the rotating grinder in order to
prevent injury.
4-2. OPErATIOn
Once the above operations have been
completed, the coffee grinding can be
performed as follows:
• Remove the hopper's lid (1), pour the
coffee beans into the hopper (2), and
close the lid (1).
• Set the adjustment knob (4) to the desired
grind setting. (Ref.
• To start the machine, place the filter
holder (with the desired filter inserted)
on the dedicated support, and push it
forward until it comes into contact with
the grinding button (3). In this manner
the ground coffee will be deposited
directly into the filter holder.
• Once the desired amount of ground
coffee has been obtained, release the
filter holder from the switch to stop the
grinding.
Once
ground,
quickly lose its aroma. For best
results, use the ground coffee
immediately after grinding.
4-3. ADJUSTInG THE
GrInD SETTInG
The KUBE MILL coffee grinder comes pre-
adjusted to the optimal grind setting for
espresso coffee preparations.
To change the grind setting, do the
following:
• Turn the knob (4) clockwise to obtain a
finer grind.
• Turn the knob (4) anti-clockwise to obtain
a courser grind.

Avoid operating the machine
without coffee inside it.
The grinding adjustment must
be performed gradually, grinding
a small amount of coffee after
each adjustment. If using lever-
operated or semi-professional
machines, Pavoni recommends
using a fine grind setting.
Do not change the coffee grind
setting while the coffee grinder is
running.
If the coffee is dispensed slowly
from the espresso machine,
the coffee has been ground too
fine. If it is dispensed too fast,
the coffee has been ground too
coarse.
It is recommended not to turn
the knob one turn with the motor
stopped
