USE
1. Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe you want to make.
2. Make sure that the the appliance is unplugged.
3. Place the ice cream maker on a flat, stable surface.
4. Pour the mixture into the removable bowl.
5. Place the removable bowl into the fixed bowl in the machine. Make sure that the handle holders fit
into the provided recess of the black ring.
6. Place the mixer into the removable bowl by sliding the mixer over the axis in the bowl, so that it falls
into position. The image shows which parts of the mixer and the axis should be lined up.
7. Fit the transparent lid onto the bowl and turn anticlockwise.
! The total volume of ingredients must never exceed half of the bowl. The ice cream will expand

when it is mixed.
· It is not needed to place the bowl into the freezer beforehand. Thanks to the built-in compressor the
ice cream maker freezes while mixing.
USAGE
1. Insert the plug into a power socket. You will hear a signal. The indicator light around the on/off
button will flash.
2. Press the on-off button. The device is now switched on.
3. Select the desired programme with the menu button:
· Use the ice cream feature to prepare (firm) ice cream, sorbet, soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt,
and so on. The default time is set to 60 minutes. You can adjust this to between 5 and 70 minutes.
· The mixing feature helps blend the ingredients better (without cooling). The default time is
set to 30 minutes. You can adjust this to between 5 and 70 minutes.
· The cooling feature simply keeps the contents of the bowl cold (without mixing). The default
time is set to 10 minutes. You can adjust this to between 5 and 70 minutes.
4. Set the desired time. With the ice cream programme, you can set the time or hardness (see below).
5. With the ice cream programme and mixing, you can set the speed (see below).
6. Press the start-pause button to start the ice-cream maker.
7. When the set time is up, the appliance automatically stops, and you will hear a signal.
8. Turn off the appliance using the on/off button and pull the plug out of the wall socket.
9. Take the removable bowl out of the appliance, scoop the ice cream out of the bowl and place it in a
different bowl or container.
