GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION

– The bone bandsaw is an appliance designed and constructed to cut food products in var-
ious sized segments (bones, pieces of meat with bones, fish). Frozen products can also
be cut provided that the appliance is equipped with the appropriate blade, supplied upon
request.
– The professional appliance is designed to be installed in retail environments (butcheries, su-
permarkets, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should have skills and
abilities specific to the sector.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.
– The appliance may be supplied in different models, constructed with selected materials
and appropriate construction techniques to guarantee maximum hygiene, rust resist-
ance, significant energy savings and operating safety.
