Possible cause
Stagnant water in the tank and water base
Particle sensor is dirty
Open windows or doors
Fan blade blocked or motor is defective
Drum blocked or motor is defective
Water has been in the water base for more than
4 days without operation
Water was not changed after cleaning (see
page 27)
Action
Empty and thoroughly clean the appliance
Clean the particle sensor
Close windows and doors
Unplug the appliance, check that the fan blade can turn freely, plug the
appliance back in; contact a service center if the problem persists
Unplug the appliance, check that the drum can turn freely, plug the appliance
back in; contact a service center if the problem persists
Empty the appliance if it is only operating in the air purification mode
Change water after each cleaning (see page 27)
